It is a framework that brings together the mine’s policies, systems, procedures and plans to enable a mine operator to follow a systematic approach to achieving, improving and monitoring a desired level of health and safety

What is a Principal Mining Hazard?

A principal mining hazard (PMH) is any activity, process, procedure, plant, structure, substance, situation or other circumstance relating to the carrying out of mining operations that has a reasonable potential to result in multiple fatalities. These may be in a single incident or a series of recurring incidents.

Client Feedback

“James assisted our company with compiling a Mine Safety Management System which was required for the Department of Mines under the new Work Safe legislation.

We found James very practical, efficient and easy to work with, and we appreciated his common sense approach to making the safety documents applicable to our small business.

We look forward to continuing to work with James in the future and would absolutely recommend him for any business requiring safety procedures produced.”
