TJ, a highly experienced WHS professional with over 25 years of experience in complex construction, manufacturing, mining, and industrial projects, is recognised for delivering practical safety leadership in high-risk workplaces while supporting efficient project delivery and strong team performance.
With extensive onsite experience, TJ has worked across major manufacturing operations, large-scale resources operations, high-risk commercial construction and major logistic organisations. Her expertise includes coordinating high-risk activities such as drill and blast operations, heavy earthmoving equipment activities, work at heights, confined spaces, and multi-trade construction environments.
TJ is highly regarded for her strong presence and ability to build trust with all stakeholders, including workers, supervisors, contractors, and project leaders. Her extensive knowledge of health and safety laws, critical risk management, injury management and workers compensation is complemented by a practical, solution-oriented mindset that effectively addresses real-world challenges.
TJ has consistently demonstrated her ability to identify potential hazards, implement effective control measures, and ensure everyone in the organisation takes responsibility for safe actions. Her work in site safety management, audits, inspections, incident investigations, contractor collaboration, and psychosocial training has made a significant impact.
