Mindarie Shire Council - WHS Management System Audit

Perth Workplace Safety Consultants were engaged by the Mindarie Shire Council to undertake a WHS Management System audit, create a risk register and with this information developed a safety management system for their activities.

Ashburton Shire Council - Audit of Incident Management Systems

The Shire of Ashburton engaged Perth Workplace Safety Consultants to conduct a third party audit on the shire's incident management system and as a result, further assistance was provided by Perth Workplace Safety Consultants in gaining compliance for the Shire.

ICAM investigation - Serious Injury - Forklift Rollover

The Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions engaged Perth Workplace Safety Consultants to conduct a third pary ICAM investigation for a Forklift Rollover event that resulted in serious injuries to the operator.

Pyschosocial Risk Assessment

Perth Workplace Safety Consultants were engaged by the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions to conduct Psychosocial Risk Assessments for its Ecosystem Health Branch and Parks and Gardens Teams.

Whole of Business Risk Register

Perth Workplace Safety Consultants were engaged to conduct a external review of the departments safety management system.  As a result, Perth Workplace Safety Consultants, developed and delivered a "Whole of Business" Risk Register for the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions.

Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale - WHS Compliance Audit - Safety Management Systems

Perth Workplace Safety Consultants were engaged in 2022 by the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale to conduct a WHS Compliance Audit covering all departments.  We were again awarded the same scope in 2025.
