Perth Workplace Safety Consultants were engaged to conduct two ICAM Investigations both related to laceration to hands.  This work was well received by the RJE Global and their Client which resulted in further incident investigation work for a further two serious potential incidents.

Perth Workplace Safety Consultants was engaged by Goldwind to conduct an ICAM investigation for a dropped object (2.3kg dropped from height 45m).  The ICAM investigation report was well received which resulted in further work - systems audit managing lifting activities.

Perth Workplace Safety Consultants was engaged by LaVida Homes to undertake a review of their Safety Management System to ensure compliance to WA WHS Legislation.  As a result of this work, we were futher engaged to develop a Silica Exposure Management Standard.

Perth Workplace Safety Consultants were engaged by Doolee Constructions to provide WHS assistance, ICAM investigations, tender document submissions and general WHS advice.  Doolee Construction project locations included FMG, Rio Tinto and Northern Goldfields.

Perth Workplace Safety Consultants were engaged by Doolee Constructions to prepare their WHS Management System for ISO recertification.  This work involved updating documents, conducting training with key stakeholders and conducting system audits.

Perth Workplace Safety Consultants were engaged by NVS Construction to assist with the onboarding activities for a construction contract with BHP.  The work involved facilitating a CRAW, developing a WHS and Emergency Response Plan and undertaking weekly audits of the work.

Perth Workplace Safety Consultants were engaged by SBP to update their safety management plan and provide regular site audits and WHS assistance.

Perth Workplace Safety Consultants were engaged by Habitat Air and Solar to conduct regular site audits on residential new builds.

Perth Workplace Safety Consultants were engaged by Synthetic Bowling Services to develop and provide SWMS and Traffic Management Plans for two of their construction projects.

Perth Workplace Safety Consultants were engaged by Zenith Energy who were the Principal Contractor for the construction work located at Bellvue Gold Mine.  We were engaged to conduct a systems audit on the projects management and execution of the activities associated with cranes and rigging.

Perth Workplace Safety Consultants were engaged by SHAPE to undertake contractor WHS compliance audits on their commercial and residential construction sites.
